15.10.2026
MINSK ( BelTA) – Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed a resolution regarding passenger transportation, BelTA learned from the government’s press service.

The Council of Ministers has approved a regulation on how the Unified State Information System for the sale of travel documents for regular road passenger transport will operate. In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 108, the Unified State Information System must be created by 1 July 2027. The resolution sets out how it will operate, with the aim of creating conditions for fair competition, improving the quality of services and further refining legal relations in passenger transport through digitalization.

In addition, under the resolution, the Transport and Communications Ministry is authorized to adopt a National Program for the Facilitation of Formalities in International Air Transport. The adoption of the national program will help simplify and unify the procedures governing checks on passengers, baggage and the flight crews carrying them. This will create conditions for improving the quality of services provided by air transport and reducing restrictions on international flights by Belarusian airlines, the press service said.
