BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a law ratifying an agreement with Russia on specific matters regarding the execution of enforcement documents where the creditors are state bodies and public organizations of Belarus, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
The international agreement establishes the procedure for transferring funds collected from debtors on Russian territory via the accounts of the Belarusian Justice Ministry (opened in Russian and Belarusian banks) to Belarusian state bodies and public organizations.
