The National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus (NCLI) is pleased to invite you to take part in forming the next issue of the scientific and practical journal “Pravo.by”.
The journal "Pravo.by" (previously named - “Problems of Legal Informatization”) has been published by the NCLI since 1998. It has been granted the status of scientific edition for publication of the results of dissertation research in accordance with the Decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus. The journal is published four times a year since 2009.
It is intended for scientists, lawyers, specialists in various areas of political and social spheres and state administration.
We invite you to send your articles on the following topics:
- theory and history of the state and law;
- topical issues of legislation;
- legal informatization;
- information law;
- constitutional and municipal law;
- civil, entrepreneur and family law;
- labour law;
- ecological law;
- criminal and criminal-executive law, criminology;
- criminal procedure, criminalistics, judicial expertise;
- international law;
- judicial power and prosecutor’s supervision;
- administrative and financial law;
- civil and arbitration procedure.
Some materials of the Journal will be placed on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus (www.pravo.by, www.law.by).
You can send your articles on the above-mentioned topics to the Editorial Board of the Journal (journal@ncpi.gov.by). Submitted papers are to be drawn up in accordance with the approved requirements.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to select articles for publishing them in the journal.
Submitted materials are not returned to the author nor is there a reward for unpublished articles.
