Union State Council of Ministers to meet 13 December

MOSCOW, 10 December (BelTA) – The agenda of the Union State Council of Ministers meeting which is due in Moscow on 13 December with the participation of Prime Ministers of Belarus and the Russian Federation Mikhail Myasnikovich and Dmitry Medvedev will include 28 issues of bilateral integration cooperation and Union State construction, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Russian government.

The meeting will consider the draft Union State budget for 2014, priority areas and overriding tasks on the Union State mid-term development (2013-2017). Participants of the meeting will exchange opinions on the issues related to Belarus-Russia cooperation in trade, economic, energy, sci-tech, social and military sectors as well as education, culture and art.

A number of bilateral documents will be signed at the meeting. Among them will be Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in the use of development of the Russian global navigation satellite system GLONASS, nuclear accident warning and exchange of information on nuclear and radiation security, cooperation in air rescue and recovery service and the protocol on prolongation of the agreement on the order of payment and calculation of export customs duties (other equivalent duties, taxes and fees) in the export of crude oil and certain categories of oil products from the Republic of Belarus outside the Customs Union signed on 9 December 2010.
