Belarus named world’s most peace-loving country

OSHMYANY DISTRICT ( BelTA) – Belarus is the world’s most peace-loving country, BelTA learned from Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko.

The head of state said: “Belarus is the world’s most peace-loving country. There is no need to rebuke us by saying we are going to fight against them [the West]. No one in Russia is going to fight against NATO just the same. But if they try something in this direction, the answer will be instantaneous. We will rise up like Brest Fortress.”

“I’ve said it a thousand times: we will not fight you if you leave us alone. We are not going to launch an offensive in this section. No Putin, no military personnel in Russia intend to do it,” the Belarusian leader stressed.

The head of state once again called for taking care of the economy calmly and quietly. “Yes, it is difficult. It is complicated. But it is much easier than fighting. Because you can be killed over there in addition to having a difficult time. This is why I am dead against any wars. God forbid we should fight,” he said.

At the same time he recalled the saying that it is necessary to prepare for war in order to prevent war. “I see that our army has changed over the last two years and it continues changing,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stated.

He recalled that back in the day he gave instructions to work on drones and drones have never been more necessary. “We have made progress in this direction. We have preserved enterprises relating to radio warfare. They create good products,” the president mentioned the examples.
