Lukashenko approves appointment of consuls general in Munich, New York

MINSK, 29 July (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko approved the appointment of consuls general in Munich and New York on 29 July, BelTA has learned.

Kirill Dragun will take up the post of Consul General of Belarus in Munich, Germany. Previously he worked as deputy head of the main consular department – head of the consular and legal division of the main consular department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ruslan Varankov has been appointed Consul General of Belarus in New York, the United States. He earlier served as deputy head of the Asia, Australia and Oceania department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
