Government temporarily prohibited export of some goods
The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31 March 2020 No 185 introduced a temporary ban on the exportation of certain types of goods, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Resolution a temporary ban has been established on exportation outside the limits of the Republic of Belarus of some goods classified according to headings 1008 10, 1103 19, 1104 29, 1905 90, 0703 10, 0703 20 of the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 2 April 2020, entered into force after its official publication and will be effective for three months.
According to the Resolution a temporary ban has been established on exportation outside the limits of the Republic of Belarus of some goods classified according to headings 1008 10, 1103 19, 1104 29, 1905 90, 0703 10, 0703 20 of the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 2 April 2020, entered into force after its official publication and will be effective for three months.
