President approved regulations concerning the procedure for disposal of the state property
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 10 May 2019 No. 169 “On disposal of the state property” has determined the competence of state bodies concerning the disposal of the state-owned property and approved Regulations on the procedure for disposal of the state property, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
The Regulations define the procedure for disposing of state property, including the issues of determining the value of alienated property owned by the Republic of Belarus, conditions for the acquisition by the buyer of state-owned property, and specific features for adopting decision about the disposal of unregistered state-owned property.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 14 May April 2019 and its main provisions enter into force in six months after its official publication.
