Regulations concerning activities of virtual gambling establishments approved

In accordance with the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 7 August 2018 No 305 “On improvement of the legal regulation of gambling business”, the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 1 March 2019 No. 139 has approved the Regulations on the order of carrying out activities in the field of gambling on maintaining a virtual gambling establishment and Regulations on requirements for virtual gambling establishments and the procedure for conducting the examination of a virtual gambling establishment for compliance with such requirements , the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 12 March 2019 and enters into force form 1 April 2019.
