Legislation on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of raw tobacco and tobacco products amended

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 24 January 2019 No 2 approved a new wording of the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of raw tobacco and tobacco products, production, circulation and use of electronic smoking systems, liquids for electronic smoking systems, systems for tobacco consumption, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs. The Decree sets forth additional restrictions for advertising and selling tobacco products and electronic smoking systems in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Decree was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 26 January 2019, and its main provisions enter into force in six months after its official publication.
