Government approved Regulations on the procedure for holding fairs in Belarus
The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 15 February 2019 No. 101 “On exhibition and fair activities in the Republic of Belarus” approved the Regulations on the procedure for organizing and coordinating the conduct of fairs in the Republic of Belarus, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Regulations, fairs may be conducted with a consent of respective city or district executive committees that can be obtained on an application of the organizer filed no later than 30 days before the beginning of the fair.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 19 February 2019 and enters into force in three months after its official publication.
