President approved Regulations on the nationwide automated information system
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16 December 2019 No 460 approved the Regulations on the nationwide automated information system, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Edict, the nationwide automated information system is designed to provide effective electronic information interaction in the automatic or automated modes between state organizations, as well as interaction of state organizations with other organizations, notaries and citizens through a secure information and communication infrastructure.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 19 December 2019, and its main provisions enter into force after the official publication.
