Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus determined procedure for the sale of state-owned dwelling premises located in the rural area
Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13 September 2018 No. 663 approved Regulations on the procedure for the sale of dwelling premises being in the ownership of the Republic of Belarus.
The Regulations provide that dwelling premises may be sold according to the mentioned procedure if they have not been used as dwelling premises for more than six months and local administrative and executive bodies have refused to purchase them into the communal ownership.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 18 September 2018 and has entered into force from 17 September 2018.
