Government approved procedure for obligatory legal examination of technical normative legal acts

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 15 May 2018 No 353 approved the Instruction on the procedure of carrying out obligatory legal examination of technical normative legal acts that are binding for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with legislative acts and resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. The Instruction defines in particular categories of technical normative legal acts to be submitted for the legal examination that shall be conducted by the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 17 May 2018 and entered into force after its official publication.
