Volumes, forms and order of reporting by the subjects of the Forex market established

Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 2 April 2018 No 153 established the forms of the reporting of the National Forex Center, forex companies, banks, non-bank financial institutions on issues related to activities on the OTC Forex market. Instruction on the volume, timing and procedure for drawing up and reporting on issues related to activities on the OTC Forex market was approved too.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 3 May 2018 and enters into force from 1 October 2018.
