President approved Rules for conducting hunting husbandry and hunting

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 21 March 2018 No 112 “On hunting and conducting hunting husbandry” established that the Ministry of Forestry shall determine the singly state policy in the field of hunting husbandry and approved the Rules for conducting hunting husbandry and hunting. The Rules establish the legal basis for conducting hunting husbandry, organization and carrying out of hunting in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 24 March 2018, and its main provisions enter into force in six months after the official publication.
