Belarus ratified Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 28 December 2017 ratified (with three reservations according to Article 62) the Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, signed by Belarus at The Hague on 15 March 2017.

According to the Law, the Ministry of Justice has been designated as Central Authority to discharge the duties that are imposed by the Convention on such an authority.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 31 December 2017.
