Government modified regulations on the procedure for placing information on public procurement

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 7 September 2017 No. 679 modified regulations on the procedure for placing information on public procurement on the official site. In particular, it amended lists of goods public procurement of which shall be carried out in a simplified form.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 7 September 2017 and enters into force in three months after its official publication.
