Regulations concerning issuance, circulation and redemption of government bonds to be placed on the internal financial market approved

Resolution the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28 September 2017 No. 722 approved the Regulations concerning issuance, circulation and redemption of government bonds to be placed on the internal financial market approved. According to the Regulations, the Ministry of Finance shall issue registered and bearer bonds in the name of the Republic of Belarus, denominated in Belarusian rubles or foreign currency.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 3 October 2017 and its main provisions enter into force in six-month period after its official publication.
