Decree of the President aimed at facilitating development of entrepreneurial activity officially published

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23 November 2017 No 7 “On development of entrepreneurship” sets forth a large number of arrangement aimed at facilitating the development of entrepreneurial activity. In particular, the Decree prohibits introduction of new taxes until 1 January 2020, simplifies the procedure for starting and developing new businesses in the country.

The Decree was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 25 October 2017, and its main provisions enter into force in three months after its official publication.
