Export customs duty rate for potassium fertilizers decreased

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 6 June 2017 No 202 provided that from 1 April to 31 December 2017 the rate of export customs duty for potassium fertilizers  should be 20 Euro for 1000 kg. This rate shall not be applied to potassium fertilizers being exported to the Azerbaijani Republic, Georgia, Republic of Serbia and Turkmenistan.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 9 June 2017, entered into force from the day of its signing and covers relations that have arisen from 1 April 2017.
