Government approved Regulations on the order of rendering audit services in case of liquidation of legal persons (termination of activities of individual entrepreneurs

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 4 July 2017 No. 500 approved Regulations on the order of rendering services on independent assessment of activities of legal persons (individual entrepreneurs) to be liquidated according to a decision of the property owner (founders, participants), including in the instances of expiration of the period for which a legal person was created, achievement of the objective for which it was created, because of violation by a commercial organization of the order for forming the statutory fund, or in connection with recognition as invalid of the state registration of the legal person by the court.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 8 July 2017 and enters into force from 3 September 2017.
