Rules for use of payment terminals by small business amended

The Government and the National Bank amended the rules governing the use of payment terminals by individual entrepreneurs. The amendments contained in the joint Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of the Republic of Belarus of 8 September 2016 No. 707/23 stipulate, in particular, that one payment terminal may be used in several trading objects run by individual entrepreneur provided that it may be used in each of them.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 14 September 2016 and entered into force after its official publication.
