Additional measures to facilitate implementation of certain investment projects approved

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 27 September 2016 No. 349 “On implementation of investment projects” approved additional measures to facilitate the implementation of certain investment projects. In particular the approved measures stipulate the simplification of the procedure for employment of foreign labour force within the framework of implementation of the investment projects the list of which is contained in the annex to the Edict.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 29 September 2016 and entered into force after its official publication.
