Government approved measures aimed at implementation of the new Forest Code

The Government adopted Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 4 November 2016 No. 907 approving a number of regulations aimed at implementation of provisions of the new Forest Code of the Republic of Belarus of 24 December 2015 that enters into force on 31 December 2016.

In particular, the Government approved the regulations on the order of conducting forest auctions, on the order of conducting the monitoring of forests, on the order of conducting the forest cadastre and the instructions on the order of record-keeping, storage, completion, issuance and annulment of the felling ticket, felling order and forest ticket.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 18 November 2016 and enters into force from 31 December 2016.
