Government laid down arrangements aimed at preventing different interpretation of acts of legislation

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 1 March 2016 No.168 determined a set of arrangements aimed at eliminating facts of different interpretation and application of acts of legislation by bodies of state administration. The Ministry of Justice is empowered to exercise control over implementation of the arrangements.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 6 March 2016 and entered into force from 7 March 2016.
