Government approved the procedure for issuing licenses and applying administrative regulation in foreign trade

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 23 May 2016 No.486 contains the norms regulating the procedure for licensing and taking other administrative measures concerning the foreign trade with third countries to be applied in the cases determined by the law of the Eurasian Economic Union.

According to the Resolution licenses in foreign trade will be issued by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with other ministries and agencies of the Republic of Belarus.The Resolution also approved the list of republican bodies of state administration and other organizations which have the right to apply administrative measures of regulation in foreign trade with third countries. 

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 5 July 2016 and enters into force in ten days after its official publication.
