President signed the Law on accession of Belarus to the Patent Law Treaty

According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus on 13 July 2016, Belarus will accede to the Patent Law Treaty adopted at Geneva on June 1, 2000. The Council of Ministers of the Republic shall take measures on implementation of the Law.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 16 July 2016 and enters into force in ten days after its official publication.
