Rules for trade with oil products in emergency situations approved

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17 February 2016 No.131 approved Regulations on the order of trade with oil products under conditions of arising emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature.

The Regulations provide in particular the order for refilling vehicles trapped in road traffic congestions provoked by emergency situations.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 20 February 2016, and its main provisions enter into force from 1 March 2016.
