New regulations concerning the procedure for determining the amount of damages approved

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by its Resolution of 7 December 2016 No. 1001 Regulations on the procedure for determining the amount of damages inflicted on the state, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs by unlawful actions.

Regulations are to be applied in the process of exercising control (supervision) in the form of inspections in accordance with Regulations on the order of organizing and conducting inspections approved by Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16 October 2009 No. 510.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 10 December 2016 and entered into force after its official publication.
