Regulations for demolition of unused agriculture objects approved

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17 September 2015 No.779 “On some issues concerning demolition of unused agriculture objects” approved the Regulations for demolition of unused agriculture objects. The Regulations provide that the decision on demolition of unused agriculture objects shall be taken by the district (town) executive committee upon application of the object owner.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 19 September 2015 and entered into force from the day of its official publication.
