Control over quality of imported constructional materials and articles to increase

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 4 August 2015 No. 658 provides that release in circulation of constructional material and goods subject to mandatory certification in accordance with the technical code of good practice ТР 2009/013/BY approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31 December 2009 No.1748, with the exception of products produced in states – participants in the Treaty on Free Trade Zone of 18 October 2011, shall be carried out upon availability a conformity certificate of the National System for Conformity Attestation of the Republic of Belarus for each lot of products being imported.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 7 August 2015 and has entered into force from 10 August 2015.
