Belarus is to conclude agreement on facilitation and mutual protection of investments with Iraq

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 22 August 2014 No 418 authorized the Ministry of External Affairs to hold negotiations concerning the conclusion of an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Iraq on facilitation and mutual protection of investments and approved the draft of the mentioned agreement.

The Edict has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 27 August 2014 and has entered into force from the day of its signing.
