Law on medicinal products has been changed

Considerable modifications have been made the sphere of legal regulation of medicinal products circulation by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 17 November 2014 “On introduction of changes and additions into the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 20 July 2006 “On medicinal products”. In particular, modifications made by the mentioned Law relate to the order of registration of medicinal products in the Republic of Belarus and their sale to consumers.

The Law was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 20 November 2014 and its provisions concerning medicinal products circulation modifications enter into force in six months after its official publication.
