Law on urban electric transport and metropolitan adopted in Belarus

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 5 May 2014 "On urban electric transport and metropolitan" has been signed by the President of Belarus on 5 May 2014. The Law is to regulate relations arising in the sphere of carriage of passengers by urban electric transport and metropolitan. It also determines the powers of bodies of state administration to regulate activities in the sphere of urban electric transport and metropolitan.
The Law has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 15 May 2014 and enters into force in six months after its official publication.
