Government has changed procedure of exchange trading for export of raw materials and produce

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 3 March 2014 No 191 “On applying exchange trading procedure for export of raw materials and produce” has changed the order of exchange trading of some raw materials and produce with a view to increase the efficiency of their export. In particular the Resolution has changed the list of produce the realization of which is subject to exchange trading and provided that some raw materials and produce not realized at exchange trading may be realized for export through other forms of trade at a price not less than the one declared at exchange trading.
The Resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 6 March 2014 and enters into force in one month after its official publication.
