Regulations concerning the state system of record keeping and control over nuclear materials approved

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 30, 2008 “On using nuclear energy”, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17 March 2014 No 224 approved the Regulations on the order of conducting the state system of record keeping and control over nuclear materials in the Republic of Belarus. The mentioned system covers nuclear materials produced, used and stored in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the activity on the use of nuclear energy.
The Resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 20 March 2014 and enters into force in three months after its official publication.
