Government approved Regulations on business plans of investment projects

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26 May 2014 No 506 “On business plans of investment projects” has approved the Regulations on the procedure for development, approval and consideration of investments projects and also for performance of expert examinations of investment projects. The Resolution provides that methodological guidance of the development of business projects and performance of the expert examination of investment projects shall be carried out by the Ministry of Economy.

The Resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 30 May 2014 and has entered into force after its official publication.
