Belarus ratified protocols on amendments of customs and tariff regulations of the Customs Union

Belarus ratified protocols on introduction of changes into customs and tariff regulations of the Customs Union. In particular, Law of the Republic of Belarus of 16 June 2014 No 158-Z ratified the Protocol on introduction of changes into the Agreement on conditions and mechanism of application of tariff quotes of 12 December 2008, signed in Moscow on 21 June 2014; Law of the Republic of Belarus of 16 June 2014 No 159-Z ratified the Protocol on introduction of changes into the Protocol on conditions and procedure of application in exclusive cases of rates of import customs rates distinctive from the rates of the Single customs tariff of 12 December 2008, signed in Moscow on 12 August 2012; and Law of the Republic of Belarus of 16 June 2014 No 160-Z ratified the Protocol on introduction of changes into the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of 25 January 2008, signed in Astana on 25 September 2013.

The Laws have been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 18 June 2014.
