Belarus Government approved the order of procurement of goods (works, services) for construction

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29 January 2014 approved the Regulations on the order of organizing and holding procedures for procurement of goods (works, services) while constructing objects. The Regulations provide that procurement of goods (works, services) for construction may by carried out through tenders or negotiations and lay down conditions determining the form of procurement and requirements to be met by potential suppliers.
The Resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 2 February 2014 and has entered into force after its official publication.
