Regulations on determining strategically important concession objects are approved by the President

The Regulations on the order of forming lists of object the data about which constitute state secrets and of objects (other than subsoil, water objects, forests, land plots) having strategic importance for the Republic of Belarus, which are to be offered for the transfer in concession, are approved by Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 24 July 2014 No 372 “On further improvement of concession relations”. The Edict also approved the Regulations on determining the initial amount of a one-time payment on concession objects the data about which constitute state secrets and of objects which have strategic importance of the Republic of Belarus.

The Edict has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 29 July 2014 and has entered into force its official publication.
