New measures concerning participation of Belarusian organizations in procurement procedures abroad approved

In order to ensure a more active participation of organizations of the Republic of Belarus in procedures concerning the procurement of goods (works, services) abroad the Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Resolution of 20 August 2014 No 809. The Resolution determines arrangements to be fulfilled by the ministries which have been entrusted with the management of shares of economic companies belonging to the Republic of Belarus, mentioned economic companies and unitary enterprises subordinated the ministries in interaction with the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study concerning participation in the procurement procedures which take place abroad.

The Resolution has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 23 August 2014 and enters into force after its official publication.
