Procedure for using the platform for cloud computing by state bodies and organizations approved

The Regulations on basics of using the republican platform functioning on the basis of cloud computing technologies by state bodies and organizations have been approved by Order of the Operative-analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus of 28 March 2014 No 26. The Regulations determine legal basic principles according to which the republican platform functioning on the basis of cloud computing technologies shall be created and function and state bodies and organization will be able to make the use of resources of the mentioned republican.
The Order was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 1 April 2014 and has entered into force after its official publication.
