Edict on the issuance of permits for foreign states' vehicles signed

The President of the Republic of Belarus signed the Edict as of 14 January 2013 “On the issuance in 2013 of the permissions to foreign states for the transit of their automobile vehicles across the territory of the republic of Belarus. The Edict presents a full list of states to be given the permits as well as establishes the number of permits and the amount of duty to be paid for the transit of vehicles per country.
