Belarus to sign the Agreement with UN FAO

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On conclusion of the international treaty and its temporal implementation” as of 15 April 2013 speaks on the cooperation with the United Nation’s Food and Agriculture Organization.

According to the provisions of the present Edict, Belarus is to conclude the Agreement by means of the exchange of Notes between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and FAO on technical assistance. The Edict is to approve the attached text of the Note of the Republic of Belarus.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs is assigned to carry out all the necessary procedures to conclude this Agreement by means of the Nota exchange.

The Edict establishes temporal implementation of this Agreement from the date of receipt of the relevant Note from FAO till it enters into force officially.

The Edict enters into force from the date of its signing.
