Changes into the order of tariff exemptions for the residents of Hi Tech Park adopted

The order of the tariff exemptions for the residents of the High Technologies Park was brought to the conformity with the requirements of the Customs Union and Common economic space in terms of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus №392 “On issues of the taxation of the residents of the Park of high technologies”, signed as of 30 August, 2012.
In particular, this Decree establishes that the opinion letters, confirming the purpose of the computer equipment and facilities, used for the production of the software, will be issued separately upon exemption from the customs duties and exemption from the VAT.
The Decree enters into force after its official publication.
