Belarus to sign protocol to convention for avoidance of double taxation with Turkmenistan

In accordance with the Edict of the President of of the Republic of Belarus №490 as of 25 October 2012, the draft protocol to the convention between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Turkmenistan for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and property (capital) as of 17 May 2001 as a basis for further talks, was approved.

Belarus’ Minister on Taxes and Dues Vladimir Poluyan has been authorized to hold the talks on the draft protocol.
