Belarus to sign package of agreements with Bangladesh

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Belarus and Bangladesh will sign a number of documents during the official visit of the Belarusian delegation led by Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich to the People's Republic of Bangladesh on 11-13 November.

The delegation will include Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik, who will take part in meetings and negotiations of the Belarusian Prime Minister with the President of Bangladesh Zillur Rahman and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, as well as with Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Industries, Science and Technology, Agriculture. The agenda of the meetings is the exchange of views on the current state and prospects of bilateral relations and regional and international issues of mutual interest.

During the visit to Bangladesh, Sergei Aleinik is set to sign several documents on cooperation, including intergovernmental agreements on promotion and mutual protection of investments, on the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and official passports, on cooperation in science and technology, a cooperation agreement between the cities of Minsk and Dhaka, and an agreement between the Belarusian State Center for Accreditation and the Accreditation Council of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
