CIS Agreement upon air defense entered into force for Belarus

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 216 as of 3 May 2012 approves the Agreement on the organization of action of men on duty upon air defense by the forces of the states - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States after obtaining the information about the seizure (hijacking) of the aircraft. The Agreement was signed in Dushanbe on 3 September 2011. The Ministry of Defense is responsible for the implementation of the Agreement. This Edict enters into force upon the day of its signing.
