Draft intergovernmental agreement on GLONASS approved

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 231 as of 14 May 2012 approves a draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia on cooperation in the use and development of the Russian Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS) as a basis to hold the relative negotiations.
Chairman of the State Military Industry Committee Sergei Gurulev has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the document if the parties agree.
This Edict enters into force from the day of its signing.
